Mr. Schmidt is an accomplished senior software engineer with experience working with teams to deliver quality software. Troy is adept at improving the productivity of users through the development of high-quality and highly usable software solutions. Recent work includes providing key development support to a modernization effort for FEMA’s Hazus software that estimates potential losses from natural hazards and supporting the USCG with advanced tools to analyze port security risks.
